Youth are the future of the dairy industry, and STgenetics® firmly believes the best way to create a vibrant future is to support the next generation of dairy farmers through youth programs. For this reason, they are pleased to continue their contribution assistance to support dairy breed association youth programs. The program began several years ago and contributes $1 from every straw of semen sold in the months of June and July of a specific breed to that breed association’s youth program. New in 2022, for any units purchased at each specific breed convention, $5 per unit sold will be donated by STgenetics® to those youth programs.
“Our corporate ideal is centered on creating a great future by investing in those who influence it,” says Juan Moreno, CEO of STgenetics®. “With these contributions, we can support programs that give youth the valuable experiences they need to enrich their love and passion for the dairy industry.” Prior to and in 2020 when many youth programs were cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, STgenetics® instituted this program to support youth activities. Today, it continues to support these activities which are now in full swing with many of the upcoming breed association conventions this month. The contributions give extra support to provide youth with top-notch events and programming.
The youth program coincides with an all-breeds summer sales program to provide STgenetics® customers with unique sales offers. Customers should consult the promotions list with their STgenetics® sales representative to take full advantage of the promotion. The youth program is available from June 1 through July 31, 2022 and open to U.S. customers only.
