STgenetics® Supports Youth Convention Programs

STgenetics® believes that the best way to predict the future is to create it and one way the company is doing this is by investing in dairy youth. During the months of June and July, STgenetics® will be supporting young dairy enthusiasts at their respective breed conventions around the United States. Along with being present at each of these conventions, STgenetics® will contribute $1 from each unit of semen sold in the months of June and July of a specific breed to that breed association’s youth program.

“The future of our industry is strongly grounded in these enthusiast youth, and we are committed to assisting them in their journey,” says Juan Moreno, CEO of STgenetics®. “Through these contributions and activities, we can support programs that help today’s youth gain valuable experiences that prepare them for a bright future in this industry.”

This year, STgenetics® staff and support will be available to attendees at the following Breed Conventions:

National Brown Swiss Convention, June 14-16 in Clovis, California
National Milking Shorthorn Convention, June 20-24 in Norman, Oklahoma
National Jersey Convention, June 21-24 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin
National Holstein Convention, June 23-27 in Lexington, Kentucky
National Ayrshire Convention, June 28-July 2 in Frederick, Maryland
National Guernsey Convention, July 6-9 in Lebanon, New Hampshire

STgenetics® instituted this program in 2017 to promote youth involvement in the breed organizations, support the future dairy industry and encourage participation with the youth events. Today, it continues to support youth activities which are now in full swing the breed association conventions listed above. The contributions provide extra support to offer youth top-notch events, programming and experiences.

The youth program coincides with an all-breeds summer sales program to provide STgenetics® customers with unique sales offers. Customers should consult the promotions list with their STgenetics® sales representative to take full advantage of the promotion. The youth program is available from June 1 through July 31, 2023 and open to U.S. customers only. Customers interested in supporting their breed association’s youth programs through semen purchases can contact their local sales representative or the STgenetics® Dairy Call Center at dairy@stgen.com or (844) 828-7849.
